The last week of June, I spent most of the week at the Annual Meeting of The Florida Bar running from one meeting to agenda, with a seminar thrown in for good measure. I posted some of my "empathy sightings" on the Federation's main page - take a look. www.empathyfederation.blogspot.com. The meetings concerning children abound, but I learned much about empathy for animals and disabled people at the seminar and meeting of the Animal Law Committee.

Empathy in Action - Inspiring and Uplifting
Throughout time there have been people who have made a difference to make a better world, not through just word, but through deed. Some acted alone, even standing against the tide, whole others worked together for the benefit of the community of humanity.
Our Empathy Forum
Here we provide a forum to have a venue for people to acknowledge, appreciate, and learn from others who have put empathy in action to make a better world. "Those who can, do; those who can't, teach," has no place here. For us, those who teach others to live with empathy are themselves acting with empathy with greatness for the exponential effect of their empathic action.
Project and Job Board for Empathy in Action
We will have a section here for people to list project ideas that would put empathy in action. Others may want to list themselves to volunteer or to attain employment.
